Wow, it's been a while since I've had a chance to update this. Well here we are with Provincials just around the corner, it's come really fast and I hope everyone will be ready on time. Provincials are this Saturday and Sunday, invite all your friends and I hope to see everyone there.

We are a competitive jump rope team that is based out of Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. We compete annually in Provincials and we even got the chance to compete in Nationals one year.
